Everyone touches everything. Designers ship. Engineers talk to spot owners. The best ideas come from the people closest to the problem.
Remote-first, gather often.
We're distributed across the Americas with a small Seattle base. Whole-team weeks a few times a year, usually around a long dinner.
Craft over output.
We care about the thing being good more than the thing being done. That means we say no a lot, and we ship the things we say yes to.
